I am happy today, at peace today. Pleased with my progress, and excited for the future. I truly becomes about changing your thinking. You have to stop thinking about the foods you are missing out on and start getting creative with the foods you can. You have to ask yourself all the time, what do you want more? It comes to predicting the consequences of your own choices. Where is that choice going to lead? Is that where you want to be?
I want to be healthy, and happy, and I am on my way!
