I am also grateful for a supportive family. My husband and girls are my champions. They root for me, and watch my every move. I am so grateful for that. So Monday it is back to workouts, and back to health. I am sure that I will report a weight gain, and I deserve one. I am ready to get back to routine. Routines are my safety net I will admit. But when I am in routine, I am creating habits that will help me accomplish my goal, and help me be prepared and strong for those off routine days. So back to work I go, and I am excited to go!
