It is funny to see how some weeks, I lose inches and little weight, and then other weeks I lose weight and not inches. I wish I knew the reason to that phenomenon. But progress is progress. Last week I struggled with sleep and I think sleep makes a big difference in how you eat, exercise, and lose weight. I wish I could control the sleep issue, but not much you can do about a 10 month old waking up at least every hour and a half. So I control what I can and hope for the best.
I think I need to increase the weight I am using. I am using five pound weights and it is becoming simple. My muscle is being used, but it isn't changing, because there isn't a challenge. So I am going to try that this week and see what happens.
