Weight loss: 3 lbs this week!!! 195 My goal is to be out of the 190's this week. Five pounds is a push I know but I will try hard.

Okay so I am going to be positive. It is so easy to critique and criticize what I haven't accomplished and lose sight of what I have. I have lost 15 pounds in 36 days. That is an accomplishment. I have stuck to the program for 36 days, even when it was difficult. Yes, there is always room for improvement and that is what today and tomorrow are for, to improve from yesterday. I am grateful for my accomplishment. I am grateful for this opportunity to do it. Keep plugging along that is what I plan to do. 64 more days and there is going to be a lot accomplished. I am hopeful and optimistic!!
