I spent how many years creating the unhealthy eating habits I had. I didn't think they were a problem when I was younger, and had a great metabolism, but I realize now what I did! So slowly but surely I am learning, gaining more courage, more strength, and more hope.
As for my weigh-in, I was 203.2 So I have lost three pounds, and now have lost a total of ten! Fifty more to go!
I have been thinking about the 13th Article of Faith:
"We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul -- We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things."
Hope is powerful! Hope is a guiding force for good, for optimism, for joy. Seek after good things, that will empower a better you. Hope for a better tomorrow than today. Keep striving for the best, and you will find your best you!
