So my weight still hasn't changed, since last week. I guess that is good. Monday and Tuesday were great days! I got up and worked out and felt wonderful. Wednesday is the rest day so it was nice to relax and sleep in a little. Thursday I had an early morning dentist appt. and with all the other things going on, I failed to exercise. Today, well lets just say, there are day when being a woman is not fun, and it happens to be one of those days! But I am hanging in there, striving to keep the desire and motivation strong. The desire is important, because that is what causes you to strive and follow through. It is a driving force for change. So I am keeping it alive.
I do like getting up early and having my workout out of the way. That has been such a nice accomplishment. My little guy still wakes up in the middle of it, but I am hoping that soon that will change, I think I just need to keep continuing on, doing what I can.

You are such an inspiration! Positive, motivated, and level-headed. I have realized that an integral part of being a woman is being in tune with her body--feeling lovely and healthy. Taking the initiative you are, and ceasing to give up, are amazing accomplishments! As someone who has struggled with food, body image, and balance for years, I can tell you the key for me has been fighting the good fight! Sometimes I'll have 5 "bad" days in a row, but stay right on trying on the 6th. You are a great influence on me!
