The past 100 days I have accomplished:
Losing 23 pounds
Losing over 18 inches throughout my body
I lost a pant size, almost two
I lost a bad habit or two
I have changed my desires
Health has become a goal, not just a focus
I have read the Book of Mormon in 100 days
I have gained knowledge, wisdom
I have learned that I am capable of more than I give myself credit for.
I have learned that it is worth not taking the easy way out.
I have learned to honor and respect myself.
I have learned that there is a beautiful strong me that wants to be shown.
I have learned it is not so much about a size, but rather about learning to strengthen a weakness.
I have learned that support is always there when you need it.
I have learned that I do not do this alone, there is someone who carries the load with me.
I have learned that I cannot do this alone.
I have learned to trust and rely upon my Savior.
I am learning that there always needs to be a spiritual part to a physical goal.
I am learning that the two go together. You need both in order to achieve what you want.
I am learning to love me.
I am learning that I can influence and affect the habits of my children, whether good or bad.
I am a hero to my girls, so when I can accomplish a goal, or work hard, they are watching and wanting me to succeed. I give them hope for their dreams.
I am learning that I have a loving Heavenly Father who wants me to succeed and be happy. He has provided numerous ways for me to do it.
So as you may already know, I have more weight still to lose. My plan? To keep going on this path. My goal? My goal is to lose 37 pounds by the end of June. That is 162 days away. I will keep writing in the blog daily. I am also going to read the Old Testament as my scripture study during this time. I have never read the Old Testament through completely and I need to. So the journey continues and I am looking forward to it! There is so much more that I need to learn. I think the most important thing I need to learn now is food, cooking, and choosing the better part. So until tomorrow!
