I haven't taken my measurements, I will do that tomorrow morning. I had to run some errands this morning, so only had time to step on the scale.
WOW! I have lost 19 pounds so far! I am proud of myself!! 41 more to go!!
While reading my scriptures, one thing I am learning is that the Lord truly does want you to succeed. If you are striving to do what is right and keeping the commandments, He will bless you. I am seeing that, and have seen that throughout my whole life. I have been so blessed.
