Well it is weigh in day. I have lost another three pounds. So I weigh in at 198. A total of 12 pounds lost. There is always a part of me that wants it to be more, but I think I am watching too much biggest loser!! 12 pounds is great progress, and I cannot complain. As far as my inches go, they are the same. I was a half inch larger around my hips and thighs. I didn't think that inches could fluctuate but I guess they can. I like to think of it as gaining more definition in my body. And as my muscles increase it will change them a bit.
But I am giving myself a pat on the back! I worked hard, and know I can push myself harder this week. I do need to increase my weights when I am doing bicep curls so hoping to do that soon.
